America Succeeds recently partnered with Skillsline on a case study to articulate the effectiveness of their online learning platform in helping people cultivate Durable Skills. This research, conducted by Dr. Ana Greif through Johns Hopkins University and the Skillsline team, illuminates the fact that Durable Skills can be taught. It also highlights the Skillsline platform’s unique strengths in cultivating Durable Skills, and shows how the skills gap that many employers are contending with can be addressed using intentional Durable Skill development.
