We're excited to share that our partner, Dream Center Indianapolis, has published their first white paper documenting Phase 1 and 2 outcomes of the first Cohort of single mothers in their Pathways Program. The 40-week Pathways Program helps single mothers secure careers with starting salaries of $50,000, provides financial coaching for homeownership, and offers comprehensive health and wellness services. This initiative aims to break the cycle of poverty and create lasting change for these hardworking women and their families.
As a key technology partner for Dream Center, Skillsline is providing growth mindset, agency, and career readiness skills that complement the Pathway Program's holistic approach to supporting single mothers in their journey toward economic mobility.
The white paper highlights several impressive early achievements from Cohort 1:
